You use the ticket reservation service of the museum Choco-Story Brugge. The terms and conditions that apply to this sales service are those of the Choco-Story Museum Brugge.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICE AND NUMBER OF PLACES
1.1 Ticket prices are indicated in euros all taxes included.
1.2 All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros.
1.3 The Choco-Story museum reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry
1.4 Some services have a limited number of places, including workshops.
ARTICLE 2 - AVAILABILITY
Ticket reservations are made in real time, but it may be that certain categories of seats or promotions are no longer available when you place your order. If that were the case, a refund will be made, but the Choco-Story museum can not be held liable for any damage suffered by the unavailability of ticket type.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT
The payment by credit card allows you to book your tickets online. The cards accepted for payment are Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard or the Paypal payment system.

ARTICLE 5 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your ticket order is definitely confirmed and binding the Choco-Story museum on receipt of the email confirming that the order has been validated.
Therefore, we invite you to check email and your "spam / junk mail" folder.
ARTICLE 6 - VALIDATION
When you click the "Submit" button at the end of the order process, on the "Payment", and that you agree by checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions of sale", you accept the all the General Conditions of Sale and without reserve. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by http://ticket.choco-story.com constitute proof of all transactions made by the Choco-Story museum and its customers.
ARTICLE 7 - TAKING OF TICKETS
Tickets are generated automatically at the end of your order, the receipt of payment by our website.
ARTICLE 8 - CANCELLATION, REFUND USE
8.1 No right of withdrawal: the museum tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
8.2 A museum tickets can not be refunded even in case of loss or theft, returned or exchanged except in cases of exceptional closure and decision by the repayment of the notes organizer. In case of reimbursement by the organizer decided it will only intervene in favor of the original purchaser against surrender of the Note. A ticket can also be resold at a higher price than the acquisition. No duplicate ticket may be issued even in the case of loss or theft. When checking at the entrance museum, an ID with photo, valid may be required and will need to match the name on the ticket if it is registered.

ARTICLE 10 - DELIVERY
The ticket is a paperless ticketing, e-tickets will be downloaded in pdf format in the interface of the account that made the order.
No ticket can not be printed by Choco-Story, or be sent by mail or another carrier.
Your ticket must be presented at the museum entrance, the day of your arrival. We cant print your tickets on site.
ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
The ticket sales referred to herein are subject to Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the Belgian courts are competent.
